I purchase 11 items and love most of them. I would love to exchange sizes to take on my cruise and I am unable to get in contact with anyone...Is everyone on vacation. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SVC...I sent 3 emails, i sent 5 message in the chat with us...There is no PHONE #....SOMEONE PLEASE NOTIFY SPICE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT...Im afraid to buy the other sizes because i dont want be stuck with these merchandise

As a supportive fan I purchased these items but was disappointed in what I received. The small piece is missing the logo as seen in the picture and the elastic on the back is very loose and does not hold it in place. On the large piece the logo is crooked and the overall quality is just not as good as expected. The customer service has been the most disappointing. The contact number on the website is a nonworking number and little to no response via email. It’s now almost a month and I still have not been able to return the items for a refund. I included images of the email correspondence and the set I received. I hate to put the brand on blast but I don’t know how else to get a response.
