WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

● We have multiple shipping options to choose from, please select an option that best suits your needs upon checkout

● Please ensure your shipping address is correct before check out.

● Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your delivery status.

● Our standard shipping time is 5-8 business days, for faster shipping please select express shipping at checkout.

● Graci Noir express shipping is within 2-3 days within the USA

● International shipping may incur custom clearance or additional fees based on your country’s policies and the recipient is solely responsible to clear items ordered.

● Graci noir is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges that may occur based on the rules of your country.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive an order number and tracking number immediately after your order is shipped, sent to you via email. Please ensure you track your order for delivery.

DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO THE USA?

We ship worldwide.

For international ordersplease check your country’s customs policies before making an order.

International shipping may attract custom clearance or additional fees based on your country’s policies and the recipient is solely responsible to pay any additional customs
fees.

Graci Noir is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

Please ensure that before you finalize your order you have selected the correct size and color for items ordered.

We will consider exchanges for incorrect size, damages, or defects, or if the wrong product(s)
were shipped to you in error.

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, or due to a defect or damage please contact customer service shop@gracinoir.com for authorization.

To be considered for exchange the request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your items, and it must be in the same new condition (unworn with all tags and labels attached).

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, as to whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.

 We CAN NOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.

 

If we authorize your exchange, please include a copy of the receipt, your contact number, and the item information (such as name, color, and size) that you would like to exchange for with your return. After we have received the package, we will
contact you to confirm the details and have the new item sent out.

 

All exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange requests made after 48 hours after receipt of the item will not be accepted.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Upon your request, we will confirm the delivery to the address that you provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate
your order directly with the carrier.

If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to
receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Please note that Graci Noir Is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address and or apartment number to avoid lost packages.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

To keep your Graci Noir garments looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:

● Avoid washing multiple colors together that may run and ruin your garments
● Turn your Graci Noir garments inside out to keep color consistency longer
● Avoid Machine wash however, if necessary, use cold water on a gentle cycle
● Do not use hot iron on the printed or embroidered logo areas
● Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, air dry items flat.
● If you use a dryer, tumble dry on a low heat setting.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

All orders are subject to 48 hours of the processing time prior to shipping.

Our standard shipping time is 5-8 business days, for faster shipping please select express shipping at checkout.

International orders may take longer to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

All eligible exchanges are subject to the availability of inventory. Items that are eligible for an exchange may only be exchanged once per order.
